Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Groundskeeper for Anchor at Gulf Harbors, a 388-unit apartment community in New Port Richey, FL. The role focuses on keeping the property clean, safe, and well-maintained, including trash removal, landscaping, and snow/ice control per policy.

You will use a digital device to manage work orders, inspections, and documentation, while adhering to Fair Housing laws and maintaining professional conduct with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English orally and understand instructions.
• Ability to follow detailed written or oral directions with few variables.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive property vehicles may be required.

Responsibilities

• Grounds and exterior maintenance: remove trash and maintain grounds daily.
• Clean common areas; manage lighting fixtures and surfaces; restock supplies.
• Use digital device to review work orders, inspections, and documentation.
• Ensure safety, report hazards, and comply with Fair Housing laws.
• Attend meetings; assist staff and perform other duties as assigned.
