Job summary

Bradley Company is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain grounds and common areas, and to assist with light maintenance and rehab projects at Lasalle Park Homes & William C. Ellison Residence in Indiana.

The role supports the maintenance team and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior custodial/groundskeeping experience and basic maintenance skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous custodial, janitorial, or groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Light maintenance experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds and common areas to high standards.
• Assist with painting, touch-ups, and small repairs.
• Safely operate small tools and equipment (drills, blowers, weed eaters).
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Support unit turns and rehab projects as needed.
