Job summary

You will inspect facilities, operate landscaping equipment, and ensure safety standards. A proactive, detail‑oriented individual who can work independently is ideal; valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds keeping or property maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair is a plus.
• Ability to operate landscaping tools and maintenance equipment safely.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine property maintenance including cleaning grounds daily and seasonal upkeep.
• Conduct general building repairs such as painting, patching, and minor carpentry.
• Inspect grounds, equipment, and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
