Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a diligent maintenance/janitorial professional for our Fort Lauderdale properties. You will clean amenity areas, hallways, lobbies, elevators, and model apartments daily, and help prepare vacant units for occupancy.

You will also manage supplies, inventory, and assist the property manager with additional duties as needed. We offer a base salary with performance bonus, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in building or property cleaning.
• Ability to maintain common areas to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Clean amenity areas as designated by supervisor.
• Clean hallways, lobby areas, and elevator.
• Maintain model apartment daily.
• Inventory stock and ensure supplies.
• Mop, scrub, and vacuum common areas and offices.
• Ensure residents return to a clean building.
