• Completes financial reporting for multiple properties and entities.
• Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
• Monitors and audits financial condition and reports to external auditors.
• Handles payroll processing and HR/Benefits liaison with corporate office.
• Prepares year-end reports for tax reporting and audits.
• Maintains confidentiality of financial information.
