Job Summary
The Claim Manager the first line management position responsible for providing the leadership and management direction of a Claim Team and achieving desired company results. The Claim Team will handle moderate to highly complex claims. Directs conformity with the terms of each policy and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, established standards, and procedures of the company. Will specialize in property and lead a team of field adjusters within proximity of where the leader is located. Will be required to work in the field with adjusters.
Position Compensation Range :
84,000.00 - $139,000.00

In this primarily home-based role, you will spend 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from home and / or in the field overseeing claims adjusters. Candidate will preferably reside in Illinois, Minnesota, or Wisconsin. We also may be open to considering candidates in adjacent states.
On occasion you may be asked to travel to an office location for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events.
