Job summary

Class Valuation is seeking a proactive Property Data Collector to join our Digital Panel (1099). This role covers New London County, CT including Norwich, Groton and New London, with compensation of $105 per assignment and a $6 tech fee per order.

You will gather property data for appraisal waivers, appraisals and property completion reports, travel to client homes, and maintain high-quality data while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of real estate, data collections or photography experience, or 12+ months of customer service experience.
• Ability to work as an independent contractor and travel to client homes.
• Background check via a 3rd party vendor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough data collections and property inspections meeting high standards.
• Ensure compliance with industry education and training guidelines.
• Build strong communication between Class Valuation and clients.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive continual process improvement.
• Maintain turn times and quality while delivering top-notch service.
