First Chicago Insurance Company seeks a Property Damage Subrogation Specialist to support our growing claims team in Chicago. You will review evidence, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with policy and state regulations.

The role requires 3–5 years of auto subrogation experience, knowledge of liability law, and strong communication. In-office position; college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of auto insurance subrogation experience.
• Knowledge of liability law.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to pass written examinations to become a licensed claims adjuster.
• Experience using a computer-based claims system.

Responsibilities

• Review evidence required supporting property damage subrogation activity on claims.
• Contact appropriate parties, insurance carriers, and attorneys to negotiate settlements.
• Evaluate counter claims and review with Claims management.
• Review settlement offers for compliance with company objectives and state regulations.
• Achieve/maintain company goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
