Lincoln Property Company is seeking an LPC Property Coordinator to support asset management teams and tenant services, ensuring timely reporting and accurate billings. This in-office role requires strong organizational and communication skills and familiarity with office software and property systems.
You will assist with invoices, tenant data, monthly reports, move-ins/move-outs, and vendor coordination, while contributing to process improvements and emergency planning.
As an LPC Property Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting a team that manages one or more assets to provide client deliverables and customer service to building tenants to help maintain and increase the value of the asset.
