Job summary

Qualifications

• Intermediate MS Excel skills and experience with accounting business systems.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day accounting operations for a portfolio of multi-family properties, including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Oversee and optimize the accounts payable function to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and expense allocations.
• Review consolidated and property-level financial statements and variance analysis.
• Assist with year-end close process and preparation for annual tax and financial reporting
