Southern Trace Country Club, located in Shreveport, LA, is seeking a Property Controller to lead the financial operations of the facility. As part of Troon, you will manage budgeting, reporting, and internal controls in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities include preparing budgets, monitoring revenue and expenses, coordinating year-end closes with external auditors, overseeing contracts with vendors, and ensuring tax compliance.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree (MA) or equivalent, or four to ten years related experience
• Proficiency in English to communicate with staff and guests
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and property management systems

Responsabilidades

• Plans, directs and coordinates the financial activities of the facility
• Prepares and monitors annual budgets and revenue/expense goals
• Oversees accounting controls and financial reporting
• Coordinates year-end close with external auditors
• Negotiates and monitors vendor contracts and tax compliance
