Lockheed Martin Corp. in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a meticulous Data Control staff member to manage property records for government, company, and contractors. You will handle transfers, inventories, and reporting within a 24/5 operation supporting MS2 Moorestown facilities.

The role requires strong data-entry skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to interact with QA/CM teams. Security considerations and classified media handling may apply; some shifts including weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Mature, detail oriented, self-motivated individual capable of supporting Data Control in a 24/5 environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact with customers and colleagues.
• Willing to work all shifts, including weekends; PC literate with MS Office; data entry and basic DB ops knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records and logs of property for government, company, and contractors.
• Create and track classified and unclassified media; prepare related reports.
• Coordinate property transfers; conduct periodic inventories; prepare media for shipment or destruction.
• Interact with QA and CM personnel and system users; generate and maintain reports and metrics.
