Job Title: Property Content Coordinator

Reports To: Senior Property Marketing Manager

About Cross Street:

Cross Street is a Chicago-based real estate services firm built on a strong foundation of property operations and client service. We bring together institutional-level experience with an entrepreneurial mindset to support owners and investors across residential portfolios.

From property management to brokerage and advisory, our team takes a hands‑on, accountable approach focused on long-term value for both our clients and the residents who call these community’s home.

Job Overview:

The Property Content Coordinator brings Cross Street properties to life through hands‑on content creation, community outreach, events, and day‑to‑day marketing execution. Working closely with the Senior Property Marketing Manager and broader marketing team, the Coordinator also maintains asset libraries and content calendars, coordinates photography and videography vendors, and tracks marketing projects, approvals, and deliverables.

As Cross Street’s portfolio grows, this role helps deliver consistent marketing support across more properties, allowing marketing leadership to focus on strategy, client satisfaction, and broader campaign priorities.
