We’re looking for individuals to join our contractor network! This contractor position requires working in the field to evaluate the physical condition of commercial real estate (CRE) properties and prepare formal Property Condition Assessment (PCA) reports. This role involves conducting site visits, observing building systems and components, identifying maintenance and repair needs, capturing photos and relevant property and structure data, and generating comprehensive reports to assist clients in making informed decisions about their commercial real estate assets.
The ideal contractor will have 5+ years CRE PCA experience conducting field work and writing reports to the ASTM E2018 Standard and defined client scopes.
Sacramento, CA-based CREtelligent is a nationwide provider of commercial real estate due diligence services, including Environmental Site Assessments, ALTA Land Surveys, Zoning Compliance Reports, Valuation Services, Property Condition Assessments, and more.
