Overview

We are looking to build our network of field professionals who specialize in Property Condition Assessments. This will be a subcontractor role, where you will work alongside our full-time staff to conduct various projects across the United States. This is a fantastic opportunity in the commercial real estate due diligence industry.

Responsibilities
  • Ability to travel to regional job sites to perform field site investigations.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in conducting property condition assessments.
  • Experience using Quire.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Professional certifications, such as Registered Architect (RA), or Professional Engineer (PE), are beneficial but not required.
  • Radon & AHERA (Asbestos) certifications are beneficial but not required.
  • Knowledge and experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac scopes of work are beneficial but not required.
  • Knowledge and experience with HUD scopes of work are beneficial but not required.
