• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Maintain restrooms and common areas, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked.
• Dispose of trash and recycling properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.
• Work additional hours as needed to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards.
