Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience for Associate Claims Examiner.
• 7+ years of relevant experience for Claims Examiner.
• Experience handling first party property claims as an examiner, adjuster, paralegal, or attorney.

Responsibilities

• Review coverage and prepare necessary disclaimers.
• Conduct detailed investigations into claims.
• Manage independent adjusters during the investigation.
• Evaluate liability exposure based on statutory and case law.
• Maintain accurate reserves for claims.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants or attorneys.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for reserves and claims.
• Collaborate with underwriting and compliance teams.
