WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

We have assignments available to help our retail broker clients in Commercial and/or Personal Lines Claims Representative positions. Responsibilities include:

1. Prepare and submit First Report of Claims to carriers.
2. Document, track, and facilitate claims assignments.
3. Communicate with clients/insureds, carriers/adjusters, and internal contacts.
4. Work in agency management system to document communications and track claims.
5. Generate claims reports.
6. Experience with an agency management system desired. Current high demand for Epic experience.

TO BECOME A WORK-AT-HOME VINTAGE EXPERT, WE REQUIRE

1. 25 years of full-time work experience
2. 10 most current years of Commercial and/or Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience – specifically claims management in retail broker environment
