Oakbrook Corporation is seeking a dependable Property Caretaker/Housekeeper to keep Parkview of Caledonia Senior Apartments clean, organized, and welcoming. You will handle common areas, turnover cleanings, and ensure high standards while working independently.

This part-time role offers 12 hours per week with a focus on resident comfort and safety. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and communicates well to address concerns and maintain a pleasant living environment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.

What You'll Do

• Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, and community spaces.


• Perform apartment turnover cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.


• Ensure the community consistently meets Oakbrook's high standards of cleanliness and appearance.


• Report maintenance, safety, or housekeeping concerns.


• Monitor and maintain cleaning supply inventory.

What We're Looking For
