Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Care Specialist to maintain property appearance across multiple locations, indoors and outdoors. You will perform light repairs using power tools, manage unit inspections, and ensure spaces are ready to rent.

The role requires a background in facility cleanliness, some mechanical knowledge, and willingness to travel to multiple sites. You may lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of properties and conduct daily storage unit inspections; ensure spaces are ready to rent.
• Stock supplies (soap, toilet tissue, paper towels).
• Report maintenance needs, safety concerns, and equipment issues electronically to your manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and operability of golf carts and other equipment.
• Repair minor leaks in plumbing and perform light maintenance tasks.
• Perform customer lock cuts upon request.
• Maintain rental truck and other related equipment.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
