Exciting Opportunity: Property Attendant at WoodSpring Suites in Tucson, AZ!

About the Role: Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Property Attendant who is a committed team player and flexible in completing multiple hotel responsibilities. These include, but are not limited to, general preventative maintenance, cleaning public areas, prepping rooms for housekeeping, and assisting with laundry duties.

Primary Duties:

• Maintenance: Managing work orders promptly, adhering to preventative maintenance schedules. Tasks include shampooing carpets, cleaning floors, light electrical work (changing outlets or switches), light plumbing (unclogging sinks, plunging toilets), and other maintenance duties such as drywall repair, painting, and caulking.
• Inventory: Managing maintenance supplies and tools, and placing orders as needed.
• Housekeeping Preparation: Preparing rooms for housekeepers, including removing linens and trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs.
• Emergency Procedures: Following property emergency protocols to ensure safety and security for guests and staff.
• Other Duties: As assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing stairs and ladders repeatedly.
• Performing tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
