Requirements

As a pivotal role, the Property Manager ensures Girl Scouts have safe, functional, and inspiring spaces by overseeing the comprehensive maintenance, development, and stewardship of all Girl Scouts of Kentucky's Wilderness Road properties and assets. The Facilities & Property Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing property management and maintenance across all GSKWR Council-owned or rented sites, including office buildings, camps, and council vehicles. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage projects and budgets, coordinate vendors and contractors, and perform basic maintenance and repair tasks themselves. The ideal candidate will bring both project coordination expertise and practical skills to ensure council properties are safe, efficient, and ready for program use.
