City of San Diego seeks a Property Agent to perform sensitive and challenging real property transactions within the Economic Development Department.
The role covers leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, project management and related duties, with emphasis on compliance and coordination across city divisions. A Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are required.

Property Agents perform sensitive and challenging real property transactions in the Real Estate and Airports Division of the City’s Economic Development Department. Job functions may include one or more of the following: Leasing, property management, acquisitions, dispositions, lease administration, project management, municipal asset services, special projects, valuations, appraisals, negotiation of relocation and rights-of-way, asset management, airport property leasing and development, property assessments, property inspections, reporting, financial analysis, training of staff members, and other duties as assigned.
You must meet the following requirements on the date you apply, unless otherwise indicated.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education (i.e., minimum completed units = 120 semester/180 quarter).
Three years of full-time commercial real estate property transactional experience in at least ONE of the following areas:
A valid California Class C Driver's License is required at the time of hire.
