As a Property Administrator Senior you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on Property Administrator Senior joining our team to support our government client's activities in their locations. As a Property Administrator Senior manages government property and assets in accordance with contract requirements, approved procedures, and government regulations. Property Administrator Senior is responsible for the management and oversight of contract property team, customer support, operations and administration to meet program and government requirements. Daily activities include and are not limited to, performing a mixture of customer and vendor relationship management, financial & data analysis, supply chain management, spare equipment management, supporting contract deliverables, procurement, finance, and property management functions for the program.
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, and other tools , understanding of computer systems, voice/video systems, and network infrastructure.
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
Location: On Customer Site
US Citizenship Required.
The likely salary range for this position is $64,230 - $80,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
