Cushman & Wakefield in Bloomington is seeking a Property Administrator (CRE) to support the Property Management Team with high‑level administrative duties and timely handling of tenant requests. You will communicate professionally with tenants and clients and keep records accurate.
Responsibilities include lease administration support, preparing invoices, coordinating meetings, maintaining files, and generating monthly status reports for the Property Manager.
Job Description Summary Performs the administrative functions of the Property Management Team assuring a high level of professionalism in property issues, including timely response to and resolution of any tenant requests or concerns.
May be responsible for one or more of the following:
High school diploma/GED equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Customer service experience preferred
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may need to stand and walk for extended or continuous periods of time. They must be able to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions. The employee may also be regularly required to remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for 85% of the time; regularly operates office machinery.
