Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator (CRE) to support the Property Management Team with administrative duties and timely responses to tenant needs. The role includes coordinating meetings, assisting in lease administration, preparing invoices, bids, and service contracts, and maintaining files and reports.
The candidate should have a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and customer service experience, with strong Microsoft Office skills.
Performs the administrative functions of the Property Management Team assuring a high level of professionalism in property issues, including timely response to and resolution of any tenant requests or concerns.
