Job summary

The Finders is seeking an organized accounting professional to oversee financial reporting and day-to-day property accounting for a portfolio of commercial real estate entities in the Phoenix area. You will manage multi-entity records, CAM reconciliations, accounts payable, cash management, and year-end reporting while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.

Prior property accounting experience and MRI software familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in property or real estate accounting across multiple entities.
• Ability to meet recurring monthly and annual reporting deadlines.
• Strong numerical accuracy and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash activity and reconcile with general ledger.
• Process AP and manage vendor payments and reconciliations.
• Assist CAM reconciliations and year-end reporting.
• Support audits and regulatory filings.
• Provide general office support as needed.
