• Accounts Payable and Receivable for multiple properties, processing invoices and tenant payments.
• Variance analysis comparing monthly/yearly results and flagging material trends for review.
• Vendor and contractor relations, ensuring timely payments and proper documentation.
• Assist Controller with compliance, audits, budgets, and software implementations.
