Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements for assigned senior living properties
• Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Manage general ledger activity within Yardi, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Review and analyze property-level financial results, investigating and explaining variances
• Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
• Partner with property operations and regional leadership to support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assist with annual budgets, reforecasts, and audit requests
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls
• Support process improvements and system enhancements as the organization continues to scale
