*Salary: $75,000/year*

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting required
  • Property accounting experience
  • General ledger/journal entry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and post accurate and timely journal entries for property-related transactions
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  • Develop and maintain call schedules and supporting documentation for property operations
  • Prepare financial schedules and reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in budget preparation, forecasts, and variance analyses
  • Collaborate with property managers and other departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies
  • Support audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries
  • Identify and implement process improvements in property accounting
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed
Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, which may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may include:
