Beacon Hill Financial is partnering with a respected organization in the affordable housing and property management industry to identify four Property Accountants for a contract opportunity in Tukwila, WA. The role requires property accounting experience with hands-on Yardi expertise and the ability to contribute quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: USD30 - USD50 per hour + DOE. Responsibilities include reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close support, and financial reporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in property management, real estate, housing, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and account reconciliations.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
