You will maintain ledgers, prepare monthly statements, reconcile bank accounts, and manage rent invoicing for a portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate has a 2+ year track record in property accounting, GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with Excel and real estate software.

The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks for our portfolio of properties. Experience: 2 years of property accounting experience (Property Accountant, Real Estate Accountant, Staff Accountant)
Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Pay Details: $39.00 to $45.00 per hour
