Job summary

Ignite Human Capital is partnering with a Beverly Hills real estate firm to recruit a Senior Accountant. This role is onsite full-time, reporting to two Controllers with dotted line to the CFO, supporting accounting across commercial, residential, agriculture, and construction projects.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with 2–3 years in property accounting, strong Excel, and familiarity with Yardi; join a team that values collaboration and professional growth in a beautiful office

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting required.
• 2–3 years of property management/real estate/construction accounting experience.
• Proficient in journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Experience with general ledger processes.
• Strong Excel skills; Yardi a plus.
• Able to handle ad hoc accounting projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounting for commercial, residential, agriculture properties, and construction.
• Maintain daily on-site accounting responsibilities at Beverly Hills location.
• Collaborate with Controllers, CFO, and Principal on ad hoc projects.

Super successful privately owned Real Estate company in Beverly Hills is seeking a Senior Accountant.

Candidate will be a self-starter, self-motivated, collaborative, and a professional team player.

Great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the real estate industry from seasoned professionals.

Under the general supervision of two Controllers, with dotted line to the CFO, and to the Principal on an as needed basis, the Senior Accountant will assist with all accounting functions for the commercial, residential, agriculture properties, as well as construction accounting. The position is onsite every day in their beautiful Beverly Hills location.

• Must have a bachelor degree in accounting
• 2-3 years of experience in property management, real estate, or construction accounting
• Journal Entries
• Bank Reconciliations

• Strong Excel skills and Yardi is a plus
