Job summary

Cambria's Randolph, MN location seeks a Property Maintenance Technician responsible for grounds, lawns, parking lots, ponds, and outdoor areas across Cambria sites. You will load propane tanks, operate lawn and snow equipment, and install Christmas lights while following safety SOPs.

Requirements include forklift/Genie lift certification eligibility, English literacy, and basic computer skills; 2+ years property experience preferred.

• Ability to read and write in English to complete required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds, lawn, parking lots, ponds and all outdoor areas at Cambria locations.
• Load and haul propane tanks to and from multiple sites.
• Operate lawn mowers, snow removal equipment, UTVs, trucks and trailers.
• Install and maintain Christmas lights and perform preventative maintenance inspections.

This position is responsible for performing overall maintenance and upkeep of the outdoor areas and properties of the Cambria Quartz Processing Center in Randolph, MN. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Maintain the grounds, lawn, parking lots, ponds and all outdoor areas at numerous Cambria locations* Load and haul propane tanks to and from multiple sites* Operate lawn mowers, snow blowers, trucks, trailers, UTVs* Operate snow removal equipment* Install and maintain Christmas lights* Inspect work performed to ensure it meets the required expectations and standards set by the company and leadership* Perform regular preventative maintenance inspections on equipment* Assist other maintenance employees with projects and tasks* Keep work areas clean and orderly* Perform job duties safely as outlined in the Properties Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)* Additional duties as assigned by management**Minimum Qualifications:*** Ability to become certified in forklift and genie lift* Ability to read and write in English to complete required documentation* Basic computer skills **Preferred Qualifications:*** 2+ years properties experience* Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills* Basic math skills* Mechanically inclined* Industrial work experience* High School Diploma or GED **Cambria Success Factors:*** High attention to detail* Reliable and punctual* Direct communication* Sense of urgency in completing work* Capable of multitasking* Work well both independently and with a team* Self-motivated **Managerial Responsibilities:**N/A**Travel Requirements:**To and from Cambria sites in a Cambria vehicle**Physical Requirements:*** Work at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings* Lift up to 60 lbs.* Push/pull 100 lbs.* Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks* Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria* Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises* Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions* Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift* Bend over multiple times throughout shift **Task Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:*** Steel toed boots* Hearing Protection* Safety glasses* Cut-proof gloves* Latex gloves* Face shield* High visibility vest Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $17.15 - $22.66.
