Job summary

Brunswick Mercury Marine, headquartered in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, is seeking an Investment Casting Technician to support propeller production. You will form wax molds, clean casted propellers, finish ground props, and box finished props for customers.

The role emphasizes a safe, fast-paced environment with cross-training opportunities and a strong focus on quality and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

Willingness to perform manual labor in a non-A/C controlled environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to read and follow instructions.
Must be able to communicate adequately both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced work environment.
Desire to be cross trained in multiple areas/jobs.

Responsibilities

Promotes a safe work culture by following all company safety protocols, documents, and procedures.
Reports safety, equipment, quality and other issues as they arise.
Performs everyday tasks involved with production of Propellers.
Keeps equipment and work area in a clean and orderly environment.
Follows instructions to ensure producing quality parts.
Communicates well with team members.
Meets or exceeds daily production goals.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
