Castelion is seeking a Propellant Manufacturing Engineer to lead and execute propellant production processes for solid rocket motors, ensuring quality, safety, and scalability from prototype to high-rate production. The role involves collaboration across design, manufacturing, quality, and automation teams in a regulated, high-consequence environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related engineering field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Hands-on experience with solid propellants or energetic materials.
• Experience with mixing, casting, and curing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own propellant manufacturing processes (mixing, casting, curing).
• Develop and improve process parameters and control plans.
• Execute DFM and PFMEA; drive SPC and yield improvements.
• Support NPI by translating requirements into scalable processes.
• Ensure safety and compliance with explosive materials protocols.
