Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 4 years relevant experience, or 2 years post-secondary with 0–2 years experience.

• Strong mathematical calculation ability.

Responsibilities

• Full scale propellant mixing for production programs, confirming weights and organizing materials.
• Perform full-scale mixes and prepare for casting operations.
• Record and maintain manufacturing data sheets for produced parts.
• Assemble and maintain grinding equipment; ensure cleanliness and tool readiness.
• Work shifts as needed and comply with safety and quality standards.
