Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 years relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary with 2+ years related experience.
• Ability to follow safety practices and work under supervision.
• Capable of mathematical calculations and data recording.
• Team-oriented with ability to meet critical deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-scale propellant mixing and material preparation.
• Record and maintain manufacturing data sheets.
• Clean and assemble equipment and maintain work area.
• Operate grinding equipment and verify weights.
• Support other production initiatives and schedules as assigned.
