Qualifications

• Certification or degree in business, supply chain, communications, mathematics, finance, industrial engineering, statistics, or related field.
• Recent graduate or current student finishing within 12 months.
• Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a certification or relevant degree program.

Responsabilités

• Support the full renewal lifecycle, including identifying upsell opportunities and analyzing data.
• Streamline renewal processes through AI-driven insights to improve efficiency.
• Bridge the gap between sales and delivery to ensure seamless customer success.
• Collaborate with associates, mentors, and senior leaders across Renewals, Strategy & Planning, and Services Acceleration.
• Contribute to Rotations in Renewals Manager or Renewals Specialist teams and broader GTM initiatives.
