Job summary

Magnolia Gas in Pass Christian, MS is seeking a Propane Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair propane systems and appliances while ensuring safety and code compliance. The role supports customers and operations, including deliveries as needed.

The selected candidate will work in various environments, including under houses and crawlspaces, and must adhere to company safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred or willing to obtain them.
• Experience with gas systems or mechanical work is preferred.
• Clean driving record is required.
• Able to lift 60+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair propane systems and appliances including under houses, crawlspaces, and confined spaces.
• Set tanks, run lines, and perform leak checks.
• Work with customers to solve issues and answer questions.
• Stay safe and follow all codes and regulations.
• Assist with deliveries and yard work when needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
