Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable Service Technician in Chaska, MN to install, maintain, and repair propane systems for residential and commercial customers. You will respond to emergencies, perform safety testing, and ensure reliable service while representing the company in local routes.

The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of related experience, and a valid driver's license. CDL Class B with Hazmat/Tanker endorsements is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related service or technical experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• CDL Class B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (preferred).
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain propane systems and equipment for residential and commercial customers.
• Respond to emergency calls and perform system testing to ensure safety compliance.
• Safely load, transport, and deliver propane as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and sharing safety and service information.
• Assist with appliance service and deliveries when needed based on customer demand.
