Job summary

Superior Plus Propane seeks an experienced Service Technician to join our Laconia, NH service center. You will perform propane service, install tanks, inspect systems, and respond to emergencies while coordinating with field staff.

Required licenses include MA Gas Fitter and NH preference; CDL and Hazmat are pluses. On-call shifts apply; visa sponsorship is not provided. We value safety and teamwork at our Northeast operation.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years propane gas/oil service preferred; HVAC experience beneficial.
• Massachusetts Gas Fitter's License required.
• NH Gas Fitter's License preferred.
• CDL Class A or B or willingness to obtain within first year.
• Hazmat/Tanker endorsement preferred.
• Propane Delivery License preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform propane service and tank installation.
• Identify and correct leaks from tank to equipment connection.
• Respond to customer emergencies as needed.
• Rotate on-call status during evenings and weekends as needed.
• Maintain tanks and spare tanks at plants for service readiness.
• Complete tank inspections and repairs at customer locations.
• Cross-train to assist with bobtail propane deliveries as needed.
• Communicate with Service Manager, CSC Manager, Dispatcher, Sales reps, drivers, and customers.
