Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking safety-minded, customer-focused Service Technicians at a location near you. The role involves installing and repairing propane tanks, delivering propane where needed, and maintaining the highest safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• DOT physical, drug test and background check completed.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a propane service vehicle with lift gate and boom along routes.
• Repair existing propane tanks for commercial and residential customers.
• Install new propane tanks/systems for commercial and residential customers.
• On an as-needed basis, perform Delivery Representative functions (deliveries of propane).
• Adhere to federal/state codes and AmeriGas safety policies.
• Use required Personal Protective Equipment daily.
• Work 8 to 10-hour shifts as needed.
