Job summary

Ferrellgas is offering a Service Technician Apprentice program in Cadillac, MI. You will train with experienced technicians to install tanks safely, troubleshoot equipment, and handle service calls. The program leads to a full Service Technician role with licenses and endorsements sponsored at no cost.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B with hazmat/tanker endorsements.
• Good driving record and English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installations, repairs, and maintenance of propane equipment for retail customers under supervision.
• Learn to load, secure, transport, deliver, and unload propane to destinations.
• Assist in inspecting vehicles and notify supervisor of needed equipment or maintenance.
• Maintain records and operate the truck following safety procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service during daily interactions with customers.
