Job summary

Premier Ag Co-op, Inc. is seeking a safety-minded Propane Service Technician in Indiana to install tanks, support deliveries, respond to service needs, and build trusted customer relationships. Training is available, with focus on safety, reliability, and local community impact.

You will install tanks, deliver propane, maintain compliance, respond to service calls, and keep accurate records while growing propane industry knowledge through on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL with endorsements; candidates willing to obtain the required license or endorsements may also be considered.
• CETP certification or the ability to obtain it.
• Propane industry knowledge is helpful, but training is available.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with commercial truck maintenance.
• Understanding of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow established processes, manage time effectively, and work independently.
• Basic computer and software skills.

Responsibilities

• Install propane tanks safely and professionally.

• Respond to emergency service calls when scheduled or needed.
• Keep timely, accurate sales, service, and inventory records.
