Responsibilities

• Installs, troubleshoots and repairs oil and/or propane heating systems per codes and company policies.
• Performs efficiency tests, tune-ups, and contract service inspections.
• Records and reports parts and labor for service calls; maintains parts inventories.
• Participates in night and weekend on-call schedule as necessary.
• Promotes the company brand and its products/services; advises customers on best options.
