Meritum Energy in Odessa, TX is seeking a full-time Dual Transport Driver to load, transport and deliver refined fuels and propane to residential and commercial customers using a tractor and trailer. You will also assist in hauling equipment on a flatbed trailer, and must hold a Class A CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and service. DOT compliance, logs, inspections, and proper record-keeping are essential parts of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Class A CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements required.
• Must meet all DOT requirements.
• Ability to obtain Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC).
• No more than 1 moving violation in the previous 2 years.
• 3+ years tractor and trailer experience in propane and/or fuel distribution.
• 1+ years tanker experience within the last 5 years.

Responsabilités

• Comply with all city, state, and federal regulations.
• Loads, secures, transports, delivers and unloads product.
• Performs pre and post-trip inspections on equipment used for the transportation of hazardous materials.
• Gauges tank volumes and tests product quality and specifications of bulk petroleum products while transporting.
• Maintains and completes accurate records by documenting truck inspections, hours of service, product transported, and miles driven.
• Assists with hauling equipment on a flatbed trailer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
