Job summary

Central Farm Service is seeking a propane delivery technician responsible for accurate delivery of propane and related products, installation, inspection and service of propane tanks and systems, and delivering outstanding customer service in Minnesota. You will comply with DOT regulations, maintain CSA scores, and educate customers on safe usage.

The role requires a CDL with hazmat/tanker endorsements, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• One year relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and the public.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver propane and related products safely and efficiently.
• Complete invoices and paperwork promptly.
• Maintain good customer relations during deliveries.
• Follow DOT regulations and maintain CSA scores.
• Install, inspect and service propane tanks/equipment following codes.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and educate on safe propane use.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance.
• Maintain equipment in good condition and clean appearance.
