Job summary

Tri Gas & Oil Co in Galena, MD is seeking a propane delivery driver to service customer locations with a safety- and service-first approach.

You will operate a propane delivery vehicle, perform daily inspections, and maintain clear communication with customers while complying with DOT and company policies. A Hazmat-endorsed CDL, ability to work outdoors in all weather, and teamwork are essential. Overtime may be available in the heating season.

Qualifications

• CDL with Hazmat, tanker, and air brakes endorsements required.
• Minimum 2-year CDL license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment DOT physical, drug test and Homeland Security Background Check.
• Must be able to lift cylinders weighing 40-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver propane to customer locations.
• Inspect vehicle daily and report problems per policy and regulations.
• Drive propane delivery vehicle safely in all weather.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward safety, sales, and teamwork.
• Flexibility to work outside of basic job description.
• Provide excellent customer service.
