Job summary

Nelson's Oil & Gas, Inc. in Southern Hills, South Dakota, is seeking a permanent, full-time Propane Delivery Driver to join our in-person team.

You will safely operate medium-duty trucks to set, paint, and connect propane tanks at residential and commercial sites, and you will interact with customers while keeping daily tasks organized and efficient. CDL with Hazmat, Air Brakes, and Tanker endorsements is mandatory; 3+ years of medium/heavy-duty driving experience is preferred, and you must pass

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with Hazmat, Air Brakes, and Tanker endorsements is mandatory.
• 3+ years of medium-duty or heavy-duty truck driving experience preferred.
• Must pass US DOT drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate medium-duty trucks to set, paint, and connect propane tanks in residential and commercial settings.
• Pull hoses to tanks and work outdoors as part of daily duties.
• Provide friendly customer service and organize daily tasks efficiently.

About the Role

We are seeking a permanent, full-time LP (Propane) Delivery Driver to join our team in the Southern Hills area.

• Safety First: You will safely operate medium-duty trucks to set, paint, and connect propane tanks in residential and commercial settings.
• Active Work: This role requires physical activity, including the ability to pull hoses to tanks and work outdoors.
• Customer Service: You will be the face of our company, maintaining a positive demeanor during customer interactions and organizing your daily tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• License & Endorsements: Valid CDL with Hazmat, Air Brakes, and Tanker endorsements is mandatory.
• Experience: Prior medium-duty or heavy-duty truck driving experience is required (3 years preferred).
• Safety Compliance: Must pass drug testing in accordance with US DOT regulations.
• Skills: Ability to organize tasks, complete them in a timely manner, and perform physical labor as described.
